The problem is the feds are not doping their job. As we have said
several times here, states are already enforcing immigration laws. It
is particularly true in Florida. I can't speak for others because I
don't live there. This US v AZ is just a political move to get votes
for the democrats in the mid term. The US is going to lose the case.


I believe MMS was doping just fine.

There's a difference between ENFORCEMENT and creating new laws. New laws are
the domain of the Fed in this case. There are lots of things that the Fed
screws up. That doesn't give states license to be creatively making new law.

I'm glad you're able to predict the future. Can you tell us who'll be
replacing Scalia?
