While there are a number of meanings for the term "dilapidation," my
understanding from what Tim posted was that it was natural
deterioration, rather than from an injury inflicted by someone else.

You're not a very bright little boy, are you?

I wish nothing on Mrs. Loogy but a good recovery, and while I have
little regard for Loogy himself, I have sympathy for what he and his
family are going through right now.

There's some very serious health issues gong on with one of his family
that I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Seriously.

Tim... I get the impression you are a straight forward type of guy.
Do you think loogy is the one spoofing Harry and me on a regular basis?
If it hasn't been him for the last month or two, I'll apologize.... and
shame on the individual who's been leading us on for quite a while.

No Loog isn't a spoofer here, . Loog hasn't been here in a bit. He's
really difficult to get a hold of too. But I have had some
conversation with him. and his wife has had to under go neck surgery,
due to some dilapidation of discs, and was on the verge of a permanent
paralysis From what I know, she is sitll having some complications in
which she may not recover fully.

Sorry to hear that.
Although we seem to be sparring with him the last bit... at one time
basskisser was a valuable ally in the foolishness that has taken over this
newsgroup.
I wish him and his family well and apologize for being duped by the lowlife
spoofer acting like we might think loogy would, and of course my reaction in
return.

That's a bridge too far. Loogy is a dirtbag, but there's no reason to
wish ill on his wife or kids. Besides, they have enough of a burden to
bear just living with Loogy.

Let me put it this way. Loogy is not on my Christmas card list. But I do
wish him and his wife well. I am facing similar circumstances. Seems like
we all fight and squabble, but when someone takes a header into the
sidewalk, everyone's there to pick them up and wish them well.

Get well, Mrs. Loogy.

Change that to 'should be'

I never seen such a bunch of people who would wish someone harm
especially on a persons loved ones.

Pretty sad.

reply: New here, huh? Welcome to rec.boats.

Not to worry, though. Karma always has a way of biting back.

Like I said, Loogy and I don't have lunch, but I do wish his wife AND him
the best.

Send my good thoughts to Loogy's wife also. My kayak partner's wife also
suffers from Degenerative Bone disease also. Nasty.
