Ok a trip line. Add a pulley and a line that is long enough.

Add a pulley, aka, block where ?



At the anchor.. otherwise it would be difficult to have the line run without
chafe.

Do they make underwater blocks? I suppose it would only need to resist the
corrosive effects of sea water for a few days, so it seems like a good
stainless would work fine.
