I don't think so...he conceded and said he would work to help elect Sestak. Sestak may be a stronger candidate in the general election than Specter might have been. I was pleased with the results in the 12th Congressional District in Pennsylvania, John Murtha's old district. The GOP poured a million plus bucks in that district race and still lost. And Bill Halter has a chance to turn out Blanche Lincoln in Arkansas. If the good citizens of Kentucky want a loonitarian to represent them, well, Rand Paul is their guy. :) - - The Tea Party's teabaggers are just the Republican base by another name. There's still a good possibility that he'll lose in the general election. He actually came in 3rd in the votes. http://results.enr.clarityelections....n/summary.html |

The main election will indeed tell. Not a chance in hell he get 75,000 votes that voted Dem. More likely moderate Reps will cross over to vote for the moderate Dem rather than the loonitarian. His rhetoric is "take our country back" which is white man code for "we ain't about to let them negroes run our country." |

It's really a referendum on Mitch McConnell. He must be quaking in his boots. Now he's trying to make nice with Paul. |
