any proof? what's the purchasing power parity of canada vs the US?
it's a simple measure. what is it?

Lower wages,
higher gasoline costs and higher taxes make us walk more.

again, where's the proof? the canadian dollar has appreciated 25%
against the US dollar because your govt regulated the free market and
ours didnt.

Canada has an appreciating dollar because of excess debt spending by the
USA. Plus they are a major energy exporter these days.

absolutely true. the canadians didn't trust the markets like the US
did.

They probably had a bunch of the bad debt also. Or the Loonie would be
a lot higher.

what's funny about the right is that when they talk about 'socilalist'
changes to US healthcare, they preach our healthcare is PERFECT. it's
FREE MARKET. we have the BEST.

when it's shown this isnt true, then healthcare is USELESS. you dont
NEED IT...

propganda...not facts...is what the right preaches.

Given you have never traveled and lived elsewhere makes your opinion
kind of myopic and sheepish.

really?

when's the last time you were in korea? malaysia?

they're real countries now. high speed internet, traffic jams...fat
people...

About 19 years ago. But I didn't live there. Thank god.

Keerist. Don't you ever sleep or work? Looking at the last posts in
Thunderbird I see 1:15 pm, 3:32 am, 5:49 pm, 6:32 pm. Your wife never
talk to you. Mine is in Carmel with girlfriends, and I still got out
Kayaking the local lake for a couple hours.

Most of the US has health insurance. What is the cause now for the
differences.

ROFLMAO!! 'most' is important only if you have it.

When they were discussing health care reform they stated 15-40 million
without insurance. 330 million or so in the US. Not a large percentage
without insurance. And if on welfare, society pays for their medical
care. Including rest homes.

and what of the unemployed? and 15-40M is a large number of human
beings.

funny how we're always willing to let someone else suffer.
