liberal - loose and free, few rules, can be anyone.

Liberal - calls themselves a liberal/left. Usually dimwit democrat or LPC
(Canada).

conservative - a philosophy of less risk and conservation. Can be anyone.

Conservative - calls themselves conservative/right, usually Republican or
Conservative.

Note the leading letter.

You can be a liberal Republican. And you can be a conservative Democrat.
But the norm is usually the reverse but not always.

Small "C" conservatives are like the pigs that built their homes with
bricks. Solid. Conserved resources conseravtively for years, they suffer
little in bad times.

Small "L" liberals, spend liberally in good times and get wiped out in bad
times because they were not conservatively planning, prefering to be more
liberal in spending.

Get with it. This is the english language.
