Well, in the case of banks, GM and the civil service, they get to vote
for big debt-taxing government. Most likely democrats for more debt.

decided to be obstructionists.

I say roll over 'em until they decide they want to play ball.

kind of like a rapist saying that his victim reporting the rape to the
police would make it difficult for him to rape her in the future
