Democrats Defend Appointments
By JOSEPH BERGER A leading Republican predicted Sunday that President Obama’s appointment of 15 officials while sidestepping Senate confirmation would make it more difficult to get bipartisan support for future legislation. **** Bipartisan support? snerk Best advice...tell the congressional Republicans to go **** up a rope. -- Conservatives - just pretend Obama's health care legislation is another unnecessary war and you'll feel better about it. |

They might get a majority in the next 20 years if they wise up and stop listening to nut jobs. They, the Republicans, are not representing their constituents, and they're certainly not doing them any service by refusing to do work. -- Nom=de=Plume |

Yep, need a little churn in DC. Most people have been against the big bailout, massive debt and health care. Going to be interesting to see how the democriters do at poll time. Most are already running scared and trying to duck their track records. -- -------------- Politicians don't provide anything, the tax payers do. |

Yep, need a little churn in DC. gee. the last group was churned after they burned down the economy Most people have been against the big bailout, massive debt and health care. except the GOP engineered the destruction of our economy, and engineered the bailout, all the while opposing ANY relief for the middle class. Going to be interesting to see how the democriters do at poll time. Most are already running scared and trying to duck their track records. yep. americans always protect the rich. it's like a law of nature. they will return the GOP to power because the GOP is already telling us that wall street needs lower taxes and lower wages for the middle class |
