Anyone know anything about it? Is this something we should run out and buy as our new boat hauler? It is a way to fight socialism, after all. If you mean fighting socialism by buying Ford and not GM or Chrysler, I would agree. *Besides, there is a reason Ford is #1 in trucks. Why, absolutely! Mine is a F150 Lariat 5.4L gas, perfect for what I use it for, but know if I had a heavy boat I would do a F350 diesel in a heartbeat. *One of the last few decent American made vehicles left actually. If we move up to something bigger, it would probably be an F250. Don't need anything more than that, as long as it had a good diesel. People, When it comes to rucks, I'm still a fan of the tried and true Dodge with th Consolidated Diesel " Cummins" They're sill doing a fantastic job. My brother has a 2003 and has pulled horse trailers all around the US. plus using it for farm wagons and impliments. and has have very little hassles outside of normal service. OPh yeah, it's got all most 300,000 mi. on it now. He just got through replacing the $80.00 power steering pump. I still think that Dodge has a winner.- Hide quoted text - - Show quoted text - "rucks" "th" "Oph" Man, If you can make it though that train wreck you get a medal! ?;^ Q |
