My dad swore by the Cod liver oil or the next best thing Flax seed oil for his heart murmors. He didn't think there was much to it either, until he laid off it for a couple days then his heart started skipping beats again. Still, with my meds the heartbeat won't go over about 125 bpm but the doc says that's ok. I had The Mouse do a Power Kick class yesterday, today is Yoga and then, dun, dun, dunnnnnnnnnn... This weekend she gets to take a Zumba class with Rudolfo, she is not happy about that but I think the classes are great cross training, so does her trainer. Scotty -- Can I haz Cheezeburger? |
