The ruling was correct, regarding the constitutionality of the law according to real constitutional scholars. the ruling was not correct. if it had been, it would have been 9-0. it allows al qaida to buy air time to influence elections. but, then, a conservativet, as lenin said, would sell someone the rope they'd use to hang him So any ruling not 9-0 is wrong?
