Should Alito resign

The traditional role of justices during a State of the Union address is to
sit quietly and say/do nothing.

I noticed him bobbing his head around and mouthing something, and was
shocked. Looks like I'm not the only one.

Even more, Obama should resign for criticizing the SCOTUS during the State
of the Union Speech. Unprecedented! Trying to influence future rulings.
The ruling was correct, regarding the constitutionality of the law according
to real constitutional scholars.

Except for Reagan, GHW Bush, and GWB of course...

I'm sorry you think that it's ok for foreign entities to influence our
elections.

That is still against the law. Except for Clinton and Gore. Who went to
jail for a bunch of Monks giving gobs of dollars to them? Has to be a US
corp.

No, not according to the SC ruling. If a foreign gov't owns a company that's
incorporated in a US state, it's a domestic corp and contribute all it
wants.

the ruling was not correct. if it had been, it would have been 9-0.

it allows al qaida to buy air time to influence elections. but, then,
a conservativet, as lenin said, would sell someone the rope they'd use
to hang him

No doubt that it will influence future rulings. Meet the new
conservative SCOTUS.

Isn't it just your boy reaching out to the world to put the touch on.
That's the boy and his agenda you've been supporting. Are you ready to
switch now?

So any ruling not 9-0 is wrong? Seems if most of the SCOTUS rulings are
wrong according to you.

This talking point about AlQueda posting ads is hilarious. First off,
they wouldn't bother. But when his cousin, George Soros who also makes
millions on illegal drugs and such wants to give the Dems money, it's
ok. Either way, you are talking to WF3H, any ruling that is not endorsed
by Ginsberg is wrong in his opinion. The guy doesn't have the mental
capacity to go beyond that...
