Found my windshield wipers frozen to the windshield so I turned on a neat accessory I haven't had in past vehicles.. It's a heating element in the lower windshield just to free up wiper blades. That great option plus the heated mirrors and back window defroster all worked as advertized. Must admit...this RAV4 is well equipped for a 'basic model'. Did you get the beer back before he ran out?
