Now that is an issue. We had a case locally - independant who buys on
the spot market or tank farm excess - who is still in litigation over
a tank full of 50% ethanol.

Hasn't happened since, but some local distributors got into trouble
buying gas in those markets that were intentionally cut with
additional ethanol.
