I don't get it.

Think 'bama and Wilson. The latter was being truthful. The former
was
not.

You're talking about the jerk who yelled in the joint session? He's
a
known
liar on several levels and he supported keeping the Confederate flag
flying.

Robert Byrd did the same kind of stuff, and he supported hangings.
--

John H

So, that makes Wilson's behavior ok? Sounds like some kind of
rationale?

What does Wilson's 'support' of flying the Confederate flag have to do
with his telling the truth? Talk about rationale.

The big question is whether or not you 'get it' yet? If not, sorry. If
so, then nothing further is necessary.
--

John H

Firstly, he didn't "tell the truth." Secondly, it shows him to be what
he
is... a racist.

Oh, only a racist calls another person a liar when they lie.

Damn, learn something new daily.
--

John H

No, but this guy Wilson clearly has a problem with blacks.

He has a problem with liars. Just because they may be black doesn't
make him a racist for pointing out the fact.
--

John H

Maybe because he is a liar. He lied about being an immigration lawyer, for
example:

"We need to be discussing issues specifically to help the American people.
And that would not include illegal aliens, these are people-- I'm for
immigration, legal immigration, I've been an immigration attorney."

Wilson also cast a bunch of racial aspersions on the racially mixed
daughter of strom thurmond. All Wilson needs is a white sheet and
burning cross.

50% white and 50% other ingredients. If the man wants to lie and call
himself black just so he can use the race card, thats his choice. It
seems that our boy Harry and sister plume can't fathom the fact that
it's Bama's character, honesty, agenda, judgment, naiveté, ineptness,
lack of managerial experience, and arrogance that are causing democrats
and republicans both, to reject Bama's initiatives. If you guys have any
working brain cells, you will eventually see the light.

He seems to be doing a pretty good job so far. I'm still waiting for you to
agree that Wilson is a known racist and liar. I gave you an example of him
lying, and it looks like his slamming of Thurman's daughter pretty much
covers the racist part. But, keep deliberately misspelling his name if you
think that shows some honesty, judgement, arrogance, etc., on your part. It
does show an agenda on your part, however.

mentioned Wilson, let alone misspelled his name.

Whether he was or was not an immigration attorney has no bearing on
his identification of a liar.

One of our own members right here in the group has been caught in lie
after lie, a couple times by me. Whether I'm mean, ugly, a racist,
despicable or anything else has no bearing on the fact that the
individual is a liar.

In other words, you're attacking the messenger.

He has been using the race card from the gitgo. How the hell do you
think he got elected? It sure as hell wasn't from his experience. He
is behind every 'racist' attack, including Carters, that's been made.
He is doing a good job of 'pretending' to be above the fray, but trust
me - he's right there in the huddle making the calls.

It seems that our boy Harry and sister plume can't fathom the fact that

Who or what Wilson is has no bearing. He simply identified a liar. Why
you use this in a discussion with Jim is beyond rationale.

The Crackers seem to have their old Jim Crow laws biting them in the
ass. Until the Supreme Court ruled it unconstitutional in 1967, the "one
drop rule" was the rule in the South.

Isn't it interesting how interested the "righties" are about the "mix"
that makes up individuals? I told my kids once when they were really
little that black folks just had better tans than we did, and that was
the last time I ever got a question about skin color...which was fine,
because there are no differences of consequence. Except, of course, if
you are a southern white racist like several of our posters here.
