If this passes, ALL small businesses, the driver of our economy will be forced to close because we all make mistakes and will be fined the maximum amount. I believe this inclusion was intentional to destroy the US economy and force us into socialism. Kinda seems to be a whiff of blood and gunpowder in the air but I cannot find the source. |

The IRS has long had the capacity, under the beneficent oversight of our glorious lawmakers, to make criminals of innocent citizens. This is why a national sales tax as opposed to a personal income tax is an imperative. Having owned a manufactuing concern for a number of years, I'm all too well aware of the unwarranted burden the government has put on small business and the individual through the vehicle of an indifferent government agency. It's a repugnant oppression of the individual, and the "compassionate" Left wants to enhance our individual tax experience. The IRS should be dismantled if for no other reason than to take it out of the hands of the politician as a conveniently persistent political issue. If the Obamadytes get a national sales tax they will give up the income tax? That is exactly the argument made in Indiana in the 1966, when a 2% sales tax was approve. In return the personal property tax on auto was eliminated. HOWEVER with in a couple of years auto were again subject to a high tax with a different name. Net results Indiana now has a 7% sales tax and you pay several time the what you use to pay for the personal property tax on your auto (based on the price of the auto) to get it licensed. What I wrote was what I believe to be a necessary alternative to the current tax structure. I know intuitively that our government will never surrender or dramatically overhaul the tax system as it stands. It's too convenient of a tool and a weapon for our politicians, for those that are proponents of expanded government and those that aren't. -- Posted via NewsDemon.com - Premium Uncensored Newsgroup Service -------http://www.NewsDemon.com------ Unlimited Access, Anonymous Accounts, Uncensored Broadband Access |
