Here's an example.

Switzerland is probably the most capitalistic country on the planet. Yet
it has a national health care program with several rungs on that ladder
for coverage, and a plethora of private supplemental programs you can buy
if you wish.

No one calls Switzerland a "socialistic" country.

Sadly, in this country, we are plagued with tens of millions of virtually
illiterate simpletons who tend to believe the sort of nonsense righties
are dumping on them in order to try to defeat significant health care
reform. They're tools, pawns, if you will, in the game to maintain the
status quo for the very wealthy. We have a handful of those pawns in this
very newsgroup.




Switzerland, even though it uses 3 different languages is a very homogenous
country, high literacy and little immigration of unskilled masses. Also a
very rich country. As despots have always needed a place to store their
money. Secrecy in banking and pay little or no interest.


Unless you just don't like your money, don't ever order 'Swiss Fondue'
in a Swiss restaurant. We made that mistake once. It's a beautiful
country to ride through, but northern Italy has the Dolomites which
are just as beautiful.
