Here's an example.

Switzerland is probably the most capitalistic country on the planet. Yet
it has a national health care program with several rungs on that ladder
for coverage, and a plethora of private supplemental programs you can
buy if you wish.

No one calls Switzerland a "socialistic" country.

Sadly, in this country, we are plagued with tens of millions of
virtually illiterate simpletons who tend to believe the sort of nonsense
righties are dumping on them in order to try to defeat significant
health care reform. They're tools, pawns, if you will, in the game to
maintain the status quo for the very wealthy. We have a handful of those
pawns in this very newsgroup.
