Harry wants NO checks and balances. He wants everything and anything run
by the government. Some here are just the opposite. They don't want the
government to put any restrictions on any company or entity. Both are

Don't put words in my mouth, John. You know damned good and well that
you've never said anything good here about anyone that doesn't fit that
very narrow mold of conservatism. Likewise you if anyone says anything
about something liberal, it's instantly bad and you fit THEM into a very
narrow mold too. I'm pretty lucky that I can think outside of the lines

The Tribune is unable to make those disbursements without the court's
approval under Chapter 11 restructuring. That is not "coddling,"
especially if the request is refused. The company is complying with
their restructuring plan if it has taken the appropriate steps in
seeking the court's approval.
