Almost sounds like entrapment to me. Eisboch It sounds to me as if she either has no competent advisers or ignores their advice. I would bet it is the latter. She's just *so* mavericky. The liberal press is struggling hard to make any hay out of this one. There really isn't any clear definition that she did anything wrong. There are no statutes that cover it. The recommendation are that she simply drop the idea of the fund, refuse any contributions and have the Alaskan legislator draft some laws that address and prohibit it in the future. Sounds like again, she didn't break any laws or commit any ethics violations. There's nothing on the books that covers it. But, of course, the media is making it sound like she should face a jail term. (truthful explanations, when given, are in soft voices as they break for a commercial) Just watched Maddow do it just now. Eisboch |

As bad as Obama is screwing up, that's no surprise. It's the "Look over there!" approach. The polls are showing that Joe Public is starting to get wise to the Obama farce. Hopefully not too late... he's burning through his political capital at an alarming rate... to both sides of the aisle. |

The liberal press is struggling hard to make any hay out of this one. Are you watching and reading the "liberal press?" She's a self-fulfilling train wreck who can't help but screw up. Not a rule follower. Thinks her power overshadows what simple folk are held to by law. Remember, if she were in the White House, the Department of Law would protect her. Bloody waste of time but what train wreck has any press been able to avoid? She's a headline grabber, no matter the slant of the media outlet. |

The state investigators and the FBI haven't seem to found one yet and they would probably love to know. Eisboch |

While no laws were broken, the report found that she broke the Executive Branch Ethics Act when she pressured Monegan to fire Wooten. Nothing for nothing, but who accumulates $500,000 in legal fees defending against frivolous charges? Frankly, and this is only my guess, but I'm still suspicious of the timing and specifics of her house building. |

And, like any citizen, if accused, indicted, tried and found guilty she should pay the penalty. So far, none of that has happened. Most allegations have been investigated and dismissed. She's been tried and found guilty in the liberal media only, who are so preoccupied with her, her lifestyle, her interests and hobbies. It's comical to watch. Eisboch |

Eisboch Sarah Palin has been bullied, by the liberal media, the Left, and even a few elitist Republicans, from the time she hit the national stage. There is really no more honestly appropriate way of putting it. -- Posted via NewsDemon.com - Premium Uncensored Newsgroup Service -------http://www.NewsDemon.com------ Unlimited Access, Anonymous Accounts, Uncensored Broadband Access |
