Gee. She sets up a legal defense fund to help pay off half a million
dollars of legal fees incurred while defending herself against 18 other
bogus ethics violation allegations, most of which have been dismissed and
she gets hit with another ethics violation for doing so.

There really isn't any clear definition that she did anything wrong. There
are no statutes that cover it.
The recommendation are that she simply drop the idea of the fund, refuse any
contributions
and have the Alaskan legislator draft some laws that address and prohibit it
in the future.

Sounds like again, she didn't break any laws or commit any ethics
violations.
There's nothing on the books that covers it.

But, of course, the media is making it sound like she should face a jail
term.

bad as Obama is screwing up, that's no surprise. It's the "Look over
there!" approach.

The polls are showing that Joe Public is starting to get wise to the

a rule follower. Thinks her power overshadows what simple folk are
held to by law.

Remember, if she were in the White House, the Department of Law would
