Ethics investigator rules against Palin

Gee. She sets up a legal defense fund to help pay off half a million
dollars of legal fees incurred while defending herself against 18 other
bogus ethics violation allegations, most of which have been dismissed and
she gets hit with another ethics violation for doing so.

Almost sounds like entrapment to me.

It sounds to me as if she either has no competent advisers or ignores
their advice. I would bet it is the latter. She's just *so* mavericky.

That's reserved for Republican U.S. senators and governors who cheat on
their wives.

The liberal press is struggling hard to make any hay out of this one.
There really isn't any clear definition that she did anything wrong. There
are no statutes that cover it.
The recommendation are that she simply drop the idea of the fund, refuse any
contributions
and have the Alaskan legislator draft some laws that address and prohibit it
in the future.

Sounds like again, she didn't break any laws or commit any ethics
violations.
There's nothing on the books that covers it.

But, of course, the media is making it sound like she should face a jail
term.
(truthful explanations, when given, are in soft voices as they break for a
commercial)
Just watched Maddow do it just now.

She just continues to be a target for the liberal media assholes. As
bad as Obama is screwing up, that's no surprise. It's the "Look over
there!" approach.

The polls are showing that Joe Public is starting to get wise to the
Obama farce. Hopefully not too late... he's burning through his
political capital at an alarming rate... to both sides of the aisle.

Are you watching and reading the "liberal press?"

She's a self-fulfilling train wreck who can't help but screw up. Not
a rule follower. Thinks her power overshadows what simple folk are
held to by law.

Remember, if she were in the White House, the Department of Law would
protect her. Bloody waste of time but what train wreck has any press
been able to avoid?

She's a headline grabber, no matter the slant of the media outlet.

I do often.

Care to cite what laws she has circumvented that simple folk are held to?
The state investigators and the FBI haven't seem to found one yet and
they would probably love to know.

And she's a paranoiac perpetual victim.

But, hey, SW Tom supported her, and contended here she was going to help
McCain win.
