Filters are working just great, it's clogged with Harry and Don's
garbage as well as a few of their low life friends!
Just go to filters and uncheck the "log" box and you won't even have to
worry about purging anything there. My trash folder is empty too...

What's bugging the hell out of me is that every time I open up Tbird,
or even if it sits awhile in the tray, I click on rec.boats and I have
to subscribe again!

Subscribe to rec.boats or log in as in user name and password?

Subscribe. Every time, if I click on rec.boats to check for new
messages, it asks if I want to subscribe to that newsgroup. It also does
it with another group that I frequent.
