have a clue of what the ocean rise will be. Soooo... do you invest in
+5' real estate?.... or +20' real estate?
Frankly, I think the only safe investment is a boat! Either a
houseboat or an Ark *;-)
..... although I've recently used that justification to buy another
sailboat *;-)
