OK, if you truly believe in global warming, you have to admit that you
could become rich by investing in future waterfront. A small amount of money invested tax free now would turn into a huge amount when it becomes waterfront. So, why aren't you investing? If you are not doing this, It must be because you simply dont really believe. |

Soooo... do you invest in +5' real estate?.... or +20' real estate? Frankly, I think the only safe investment is a boat!
