He was on his time, there should be no |conversation... He was *NOT* on his time because he didn't punch the time clock and leave in an orderly fashion, he left a headless government. He was out screwing his Argentinean mistress (or master, who knows?) while the 4.5M citizens of SC were left with nobody at the helm of state government.
