Don't you think it is unreasonable to pistol whip them, without putting
some restrictions as to how many times they can actually hit them with
the pistol? I would think 2 or 3 times should be the most for speaking
on the cell phone. sacking their pud while driving deserves 4 whips
with the pistol. Getting a blow job while driving deserves an
"atta-boy".

If you're doing anything other than driving, you're putting my life in
jeopardy. I'd just as soon pull some stupid **** out of a car and slap the
living dog**** out of them (man or woman) just on GPs. I hope we soon have
legislation allowing us to do this, and I guarantee the problem will get
better in one day.
