I thought they patrolled manly places like the mountains and forests. I didn't think they patrolled fish camps like Halifax. Fish camps?? You really are a backwards redneck. When I lived on that suburban property, the area was county and policed by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. . Now, why would they use mounted patrols to keep the suburbs of Halifax in line? It's a bit of overkill if you ask me. Down here we use the mounteds for riot and mob control. Do you have a lot of riot and mob activity up there or is it just the way the government impresses their power over you. Aint socialism wonderful.
