Not likely. There is a distinct cultural difference, and the numbers are
waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay higher. I'm sure there will be a knee-jerk reaction by
everyone, but you only need to stop in on East L.A. to have the facts thrown
in your face. Lots of people hide their spinelessness behind this sort of
