STeve Well, I sacked out with the wrist brace last night,a nd yeah it s a PITA but I think it helped a bit. My arm felt better this morning, but I had to take it off for work, but I'll strap it back on when I get home. Why can't you wear the brace at work. That may be where you are getting injured. it is, but it's kind of hard to hold a hammer or other hand tools with the wrist brace on. |

That may point out a bad habit you have that is making your problem worse. The one I had that worked the best was a wrap around with velcro closure. It had a plastic D ring where you'd pass the end through, cinch it up, then go backward to get the velcro to attach. Wear it on the thickest part of your forearm. The explanation I got was that the tendons in there "twang" like guitar strings, and putting it there cut the twang the most. Steve |

Steve That's what I'm going to get this evening. I've noticed various points of relief by pressing on different places on my arm, so i can adjust it of the best benefit. But the wrist brace is helping when I wear it in the evening and at night. |
