it is on the part of the probably privately owned power companies
serving Kentucky. Despite their gouging their customers for years,
they obviously have not spent enough on training and equipment to meet
the needs of their customers in case of weather emergencies. It's just
another private sector failure.

experiences regular winter ice storms like those of this winter.
The power companies rely on mutual assistance from other states for this

If Harry's objective was to further his education, I wonder why Harry
chose Univ. of Kansas when he could have chosen Univ. of Conn or the
Univ. of Mass. both excellent public schools, far superior to Kansas in
