They were doing that a lot longer than a couple of years ago. Eisboch I just remember reading about it when they did a mass layoff and brought in cheaper replacemens. It got a lot of notice when it happened, although I don't remember exactly when it was. It was a boneheaded move, and now they are paying heavily for it. |
