also taking PayPal. * I intend to protest to both companies and
request a refund.

It might be interesting to call the number and ask for the prime
suspect by name.

Well, unless he's *really* stupid, your post may have tipped him off to
that trick!

However, IF the perp is reading this they might reconsider pulling
such foolishness again, because they sould by now be aware that the
resources are out there to track some one and that said foolishness is
a punishable offense.
