Unfortunately we tried that once. The guy went nuts with nearly 100
posts in one 24 hour period.. When that didn't work, he solicited a
bunch of idiots from other groups into a crossposting contest, it was
ugly...

Nah, won't happen, his narcissistic mind won't allow it. He'll go to
other newsgroups and cross post to here, that's his M.O.

He'd get tired of that pretty quickly and would probably become
eligible for being TOS'd by his ISPs.
