One thing I learned pretty fast about marriage is when to hold and when to fold. Gotta say there's a lot of folding going on. This reminds me. I was talking to her just yesterday while looking at the Comcast packages on the net. Among the stuff she lost was "Lifetime" and some other "chick" channel. I lost C-span 2 and Nat Geo. The next step up adds those back and quite a few more, including the military channel. Can't remember them all. I said, "It'll cost about 15 a month more for that package. Should we get it?" She just looked at me, but never answered. She ALWAYS has an answer, even if it's "You decide." So it looks like I found another way she has to say "Yes." I left it at that, as the phone rang. But I'm going to go up a package. I'm only living once, and she's got the same deal. --Vic |
