Handheld, 1/15th of a second, f/2.8, lens at 60mm, natural room lights. Not being an alcoholic, I can handhold a camera at fairly low shutter speeds and get results that are pleasing enough to the eye. Your opinion matters naught to me. Well, that was nice. I find handheld is usually quite appropriate for pictures of pets. Getting out and setting up the tripod seems kind of a waste. Checking your depth of field is sometimes a good thing to do, especially when shooting at f/2.8. I'm glad to hear you're not an alcoholic.
