Reason I'm bringing this up is because Delphi chaptered a couple years
ago here stateside, while in the mean time they were building a
massivly huge mfg. facility in New Deli India.

GM has been pressuring their suppliers to use low cost countries such as
India.

That is a cycle too. When India becomes too expensive manufacturing will
move to other low cost geographical locations. You would be surprised
where the current low cost high quality technical labor pool is today.
