Default Another great foreign policy coup of the Bush-shippers.

Mahmoud Abbas submitted his resignation as Palestinian prime minister
today and Israel tried to kill the spiritual leader and founder of Hamas
with an airstrike in Gaza City, *as the Bush administration's drive for
Middle East peace appeared in danger of disintegrating.*

Being neither as astute nor as enlightened as you are, I fail to see how these
actions reflect so badly on the Bush administration. Could you explain, please?

Also, I see the 'Yo Ho' on a rack and not in the water much. Have you given up
on the Parker already?

John, Harry prefers to fish in rec.boats, the fish are always biting and you
don't have to get your hands all smelly.

Harry, for a million reasons OTHER than the situation in Israel, I think
Bush is as useful as raw fish that's been left out of the refrigerator for 2
days by accident. But, there has yet to be a president from any political
camp that's had anything remotely resembling success with the
Israeli/Palestinian conflict. They're all required to make an effort,
because religious groups in this country are appalled at the violence in
what both groups consider a holy place. Other than that, our politicians are
powerless to change anything.

Fortunately, you're not debating to earn your next meal. You would've gone
without one lunch for this one.

Crayfish and minnows, too. But you know what I mean. Harry really stretching
with THIS discussion. :-) There are so many things which really ARE Bush's
fault. Why dredge up a lame-ass thing like this?

Bush refused to engage himself in the Israeli-Palestinian dispute for
the first two years of his residency. He could have and should have done
more and sooner.

Bull****. That's a problem that won't go away until we deal with the
countries that are sponsoring the terrorists...Syria, Iran, Lebanon, and the
Saudi's. Since any of 'em are the next logical target after Iraq, it seems
to me that Bush has been working on a solution since September '01.
