Being a life long city boy, I'm almost sfraid to ask what happens to the
turkey when it's lower head first into that big funnel.
Tell me it isn't some king of device to chop the birds head off... or to
grind it up.

You have never heard the expression, "Running around like a chicken with
it's head cut off"?

You don't want to know.

Don't tell him the gory details. He'll never sit down to a wonderful
turkey dinner ever again.

Like others that have commented on the news networks, I initially
thought this was somebody's idea of a YouTube presentation joke.

Then, I found out it was real.

It is humorous in a bizzare way, that's for sure. Palen is obviously a
hardened farm or back woods type girl who wouldn't have a clue as to why
the process going on behind her would disturb anybody. Busted a gut,
when she was asked what she does for Thanksgiving and she started
answering with "Oh, I take care of the turkey .... and so forth.

I think you are being overly polite!

Palin is a near-brainless ditz with a cute personality and the ability to
read off a teleprompter. There's nothing else there. Even the TV hunting
show hosts who kill game know better than to show the butchering of what
they shoot.

Sarah Palin: the gift that keeps on giving.

BTW, the local bet on one of my email discussion threads is whether the
pregnant Palin's intended will marry her or join the Marines. Now that the
pressure is off, I think he's headed for boot camp. I've got $5 riding on
that.

I don't know why you have such a facination with Palin.
She was an interesting addition to the primary campaigns and looks good on
TV.

She's a non-event. She'll soon be forgotten in terms of high political
office, but always be remembered as one of the amusing highlights of the
2008 primary season.

Told you...I'm hoping she will be the GOP nominee in 2012.

If she is, I'll become a Democrat.
I don't think I have anything to worry about.

Actually, thinking of the next four years, I was thinking of becoming a
libral Democrat anyway.
Opportunities to participate in some of the social welfare programs don't
come along very often.
I've always had to earn my way.
May as well get while the gettin's good.

Oh, when you pick on Palin it is fun. When we pick on democrats it is
racism. Figures, add hypocrite to the list.

Give Palin has had every slimy democrat come out of the woodwork like
cockroaches and termites to a feast, she has amazingly good humour. The
more I hear of her, the more I like. Not your city liberal type.

I asked why did I have to pay when I filled up the truck a couple days ago.
He told me that Obama was still not the President.
