Eisboch I am no lawyer, just that I thought in chapter 11 the judge had the power of arbitration to stop money losses and the like. Forcing contract, creditors, management, union down to fix things or else decide for them by a set of guidelines. If it doesn't look good or work, chapter 7 for liquidation. Getting unions, management and creditors to agree without some heavy stick, doubtful. |

Well, you do have to have a working brain. You didn't have many smarts to begin with, and you seem to be rapidly aging mentally. That's why I suggested you look into assisted living.
