Default Selfish union workers

Selfish union workers sent GM down the toilet with their lavish pay
scales and now that GM is sunk they expect the US taxpayer to keep
them in their profligate ways. This outrageous. I recall that in the
1850s, govt subsidies of northern industry via tarriffs on southern
imports was one cause of the Civil War. I have no intention of
subsidizing selfish union workers who mostly work in the north. I
wouldnt do it even if they were all in the south. Screw em.

Get your facts strait..asswipe. CEOs, their lavish BONUSES, AND bad
designing...threw GM down the toilet.
I think you're jealous ( and too stupid, IQ wise ) YOU dont have a
good paying union job. You're also mad because you're working at the
FIRST job you ever had.....AGAIN.

Ah, a perfect example of why union workers are overpaid.

They both did. That is why chapter 11 is necessary. Then you can really
fix this problem and not just play rant and rhetoric to it.

In chapter 11 the wages will be adjusted immediately. Management and union
alike.

Well, an attempt will be made by the bankruptcy judge or his assignee.
All or most contracted parties must approve the reorganization plan in order
to eventually re-emerge out of Chapter 11.

This would include management, contracted (union) employees, vendors and
other creditors. The plan must also be believable and viable. Otherwise,
it's off to Chapter 7 land.

Total compensation for the CEO of a large corporation should be no more
than 10 times the total compensation of the pay of the average worker at
the company.

To be considered a worker you actually have to put in an honest days
work, not just show up, take a morning break, lunch, afternoon break and
leave when the whistle blows. You are expected to produce.

In that case neither the management nor the unions should be considered
workers.
