(Thanks to www.panbo.com for the heads-up) If you 're looking for a good application for viewing the PowerPoint *.ppt and *.pps files consider openoffice 2.0.4 from http://www.openoffice.org/ - it is a free, works great, and is like getting almost every major office suite software in the history of computing for free. I think you can even capture and edit some of the images from the slide show with it.
