Default Navionics Nav-Chart (copying to new media)

I currently have a bunch of Navionic Charts on Nav-Chart cards. I am looking to find a PC based reader that would allow me to copy them to a Compact Flash format so I can use them on a new Raymarine C80 plotter. I also wouldn't mind backing them up given their age. I assume such a device exists but haven't been able to find anything that can read the cards other than my current plotter.
