It looks similar to the external PS bricks for the VIA EPIA which uses a 12v
brick.

This link is one of many places selling this type of equipment.

Beware even if the voltage is 12v you may neeed some type of conditioners,
similar to those mentioned on the above site.

Regadless you could always jsut get one of the 12v atx power supplies and
use it on the boat.

I tried the local dealer (twice) and tried e-mailinmg "ECS" wasn't
THAT entertaining. (not)

If it is 12 volts....
