I wonder when will someone build a decent low power marine pc and stop this
infatuation with P4 cpus. Perhaps using the EPIA cpu or even better the
Athlon64 cpu using Cool&Quiet. Both of those cpus can run be run using less
than 30 watts.

Then again, on a 70' vessel who cares about power consumption.


I will say that my friend's Stealth blows out a lot more heat than my
daughter's little Via Nehemiah.
