Hmm, I may have a meal of crow in my future (and a stain on my deck).

I buy all my SS hardware from ACE Hardware. Much cheaper than
WM or BOAT US or any marine store. It is good 8-18 or 316 and
have never had any problems with it. Nor if my stantions, were as good
