The boat was originally owned by a European living in Hong Kong and then Ireland, so it has 220 volt outlets and appliances throughout. The first American to own it put in a small stepdown transformer and 115 v outlets and unfortunately a 115 v Heart for battery charging. Now, being a Tayana, I found additional American-style 115 outlets buried in the cabnetry that are actually wired to 12v dc...go figure. |
