Super Snark was a so-so beginner's boat, but slower than molasses and
really didn't give much indication that you were getting it right. I
literally sailed rings around one in my Laser. Then we switched places and
he sailed (slower) rings around me. I couldn't get that thing to get out
of its own way.

At the time, I had a 30" waist and about 150#, and the other guy was lighter.

Few have ever accused me of being fat, though I don't have the abs I
had when I raced the Laser.

is larger in diameter than the chest - a bad sign at any age. And look at
