Subject: Inflatable kayak recommendations
From: Messing In Boats So I have come up with the idea of the inflatable kayak, some of which appear to be quite well made, particularily those made by Innova, AIRE, Graber, Apex and IBC. I have been advised not to get a self-bailing one, as they tend to be wetter and Lake Superior is often COLD. Any ideas out there about this topic? Capt. Jeff I have a Zodiac/Jumbo tramper, they used to be Metzler. I've had it for about 5 years and its served me well. Some of the heavy duty Sevylors look like good value for the money. http://www.zodiac.fr/Eng/jumbo/famil...?num_modele=24 http://www.paddlermagazine.com/issue...ticle_37.shtml Dennis |
