Default Info Re Marinas on Oceanside FL Keys

I have just completed a comprehensive and exhaustive research on
marinas accessible from oceanside of FL Keys in preparation for a two
week cruise from north of Ft. Lauderdale to Key West with a sailing
friend who very recently moved to my area from Long Island and has not
yet cruised the Keys.

I have been up and down Hawk Channel numerous times, seldom stopping
between Ft. Lauderdale and Key West (only twice in Marathon) most
often in the ocean (outside the reefs)-- far fewer crab pots, risks of
grounding and far fewer WPTs. But this time we will be in Hawk Channel
for orientation and familiarization purposes.

We will use only two or three of the marinas, mainly for fuel and
water; instead we will be anchoring on ocean- or bayside, when
crossover channels are deep enough and oceanside weather is bad, more
times than not.

We will be aboard an Eastbay 43 with 4 feet draft.
