Here's mine: http://blizzard.zmm.com/g20/outboard.jpg
Nothing fancy, just a sturdy little sawhorse, sized to fit my outboard,
built from materials I had on hand.

Thanks for the kick in the butt I needed to get going with the
2X4s...

Here's what Scotty had to say over in rec.boats:

"Well a quick idea would be those folding sawbucks at HomeDepot or
whereever. Something like this just add wood. Depending on how big the
engine is, I might add a length across the bottoms of the legs that
stick out on the heavy side of the stand... Or he could just do what
Loogie and I do, make your kids hold the engine all season long if
they want to eat"

Good luck!

I designed my sawhorse to straddle a large tupperware tub for test runs,
btw.

My apologies to all those of you who've scoured the Tupperware catalog to no
avail, it's actually it's a Rubbermaid tub...
